We carry on the tradition of truly delicious coffee by giving each roast 110% of our attention & focus, and shipping each bag not more than 48 hours after we’ve roasted the beans. In a dark, dry, cabinet or container. Light & Moisture are the enemies of freshness! Contrary to some advice, refrigerators or freezers will not keep your coffee fresh. That’s why we use a poly-lined bag for all of our coffee.
