Papua New Guinea, with its floral aroma and citrus-like flavor, is the centerpiece around which we build this blend. Named Spinelli, it is our original blend. Two Central American coffees, enrich the body and add a “peppery” character. Together with the sweet syrupy taste of the Papua New Guinea and a touch of Sumatra, the coffees combine in a festival of flavor.
